Astro coaching session help you gain awareness of any aspect of your birth chart, current astrological influence and your own desires. Your birth chart is your blueprint for life and it is only the beginning. The more awareness you gain on your unique blueprint the more knowledge you gain. This will help you to triumph over aspects of your that continue to be a challenge.
Growth & Sacred Space
The coaching session begins as soon as you sign up. This means that during this time you may begin to notice specific emotions, mindset patterns or energies about yourself. This is where the magic begins! The coaching sessions are designed to help create a space in which you can feel safe to move through anything that comes up during our coaching sessions.

Astrology is a powerful tool to unlock the knowledge of what works best in your chart. Once we understand this aspect of our chart we have a foundation to work with. We can build, and strategize and stay focused. There are key aspects that make you unique and it is my goal to help you deepen, strengthen and embrace your strengths!

From time to time resistance may come up. Anytime we decide to work on ourselves it is not easy. This is why we set commitments and action plans into place. That way you can you move through moments of resistance with a strong foundation and remind yourself why this work, action or moment is important to you!
